Ohio State Bar Association publishes column by Meyer
An informational column written by Richard F. Meyer, a founding partner of Browning & Meyer Co., LPA, has been published by the Ohio State Bar Association.

The topic of Meyer’s column is Qualified Income Trusts. In a Q&A format, the column explains how the specialized trusts can be used to pay for medical expenses without harming a patient’s eligibility for Medicaid, and for many other uses.
